At YOQS, we inspect every item before shipping. All our products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
For any issues, please email us at info@yoqs.es with your order number and photos of the problem, or contact us via WhatsApp . We will assess your case as soon as possible and offer a repair , replacement , or refund .
Shipping
• Mainland Spain: 24–48 working hours: (if you place your order on Friday or before a public holiday, the package will be shipped on the next working day)
- Orders over €100: free shipping.
- Shipping costs for orders under €100: €7 for cap/beret/beanie, €10 for hat.
• EU: 4–6 working days:
Free EU shipping on orders over €300. Shipping costs for orders under €300: €20 for cap/beret/beanie, €30 for hat.
You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Exchanges and returns
You have 15 days from delivery for exchanges. The product must be unused and with its original tags and packaging.
Refunds are only available for online purchases. For in -store purchases, you can exchange the item for another one or receive a voucher with no expiration date.
Shipping costs associated with the exchange/return process are the responsibility of the customer.
To process it, request the label from Customer Service or via WhatsApp indicating your order number.
How do I choose my size?
Please refer to our size guide on the product page. If you have any questions, please contact us via WhatsApp.
What is the product packaging like?
Caps and berets are packaged in rigid cardboard boxes, and hats are packaged in two cardboard boxes: an outer one for protection during shipping and an inner one for storing the hat at home.
It is very important to us that you receive the hat in good condition.
What happens if I'm not home during the delivery?
The courier will attempt a second delivery. If this attempt is unsuccessful, the product will be returned.
If you have any questions, ask us via WhatsApp.
My order hasn't arrived, where is it?
You can check the status using the tracking number or contact Customer Support . You can also send us a WhatsApp message.
Do you offer international service if my country doesn't appear when I pay?
In some cases we can arrange shipments to countries not listed, by contacting Customer Service or via WhatsApp.
How to care for products purchased in your store?
On the respective product pages, we offer care and maintenance tips , depending on the specific product. If you have any questions, please contact us via Customer Service or WhatsApp.

Do you have a repair shop?
We don't have a product repair shop. But if you've had any problems or issues, please ask us if we can help and offer a solution.

Meet the team

Paco
Yoqs's super-boss, with extensive professional experience, started working at the age of 14 in the world of tailoring and hat making.
He is a lover of history, especially the history of Madrid.

Fran
With 15 years of experience at Yoqs, he started working there after finishing his advertising studies. He is currently the Creative Director of Yoqs.
He is passionate about jazz and lindy hop/balboa dancing. He loves nature and writing with a fountain pen.

Christian
I came as a customer when I was just 15 years old, and I started working at Yoqs in 2022.
A lover of classic style, tailoring, motorcycles and cars from golden eras.

Angela
The latest addition to the team in 2024. She is a superb professional organizer for whom order is a form of well-being; she enjoys creating harmony and structure wherever she goes.

3rd GENERATION
Our History
In 1974, my maternal grandparents Vicente and María were handbag manufacturers in Madrid, and together with my mother and her brothers, they opened the first store on Hortaleza Street.
My father Paco had experience in hat making and tailoring, and in the 1990s together with my mother Mari decided to create the current Yoqs.
In 2010 (Fran) I joined the family business, and we decided to create an internationally recognized hat brand.
